Below is everything you'll need to get the most out of the training conference.

Please Note: If you have not pre-registered for the conference, you will not be able to access the information included below. To register "on-site", please email nyscaremangement@gmail.com. Please make sure to include your full name, organization & email address in your email in order to register.

First, be sure to access our Attendee Guide for instructions on how to join the virtual platform, accessing sessions, setting up your schedule and testing your system ahead of time.

Access the Schedule here.
Click on the title of a session to read a description, view speakers, access the Zoom room and download available handouts for each presentation.

Once you enter the session, make sure to change your view to Speaker View to keep the speaker on your screen along with their powerpoint!

Every session will be recorded so if you would like to view two sessions taking place at the same time you will have access to the recording and materials after the conference for up to a year and you would access the site as you do on event day.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS for SWs, LMHCs and CASAC:
If you need CEUs, please visit the CEU tab (or click here) to view important instructions and tasks you must complete in order to receive credit. All participants wishing to receive CEUs must complete our Overall Evaluation in addition to the other tasks on the CEU page however we are encouraging ALL attendees to complete the overall evaluation for a chance to win $100!

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES:
If you need technical assistance during the conference, please use the Support Tab or the chat support button located near the bottom of the right side of the screen. A support person should be able to assist you with most questions about the virtual platform. There will also be a support staff at every session to assist if you experience any technical difficulties.

CHAT with Presenters and Participants:
Feel free to use the Zoom Chat box during the sessions to submit questions for the presenters and fellow participants. There is a tab to chat with other participants throughout the entire conference as well here. Take time to network, share your experiences, and ask your colleagues questions to get the most out of the conference!

LUNCH AND LEARN Sessions:
Participate in the Lunch and Learn sessions on November 19th! You can join one of the rooms for facilitated conversations with your colleagues from across the State on the topics listed during the Lunch and Learn session.
